Notification and de-notification of 8th Wage Board Award

Lahore: The Ministry of Information & Broadcasting on Monday notified the members of the 8th Wage Board Award representing the newspapers employees. The ministry issue notification in pursuance of sub-section-2 of section 9 of the (Newspaper Employees Condition of Service Act, 1973 (LVIII of 1973), said a press release.

Nominations by Pakistan Federal Union of Journalist (PFUJ) are; Pervaiz Shoukat, Muhammad Amin Yousaf, Nasisr Naqvi, Khalid Mahmood, Saleem Shahid, and Abdullah Jan, while the nominations by All Pakistan Newspaper Employees Confideratin (APNEC) are Shafiuddin Ashraf, Ikram Bukhari, Dara Zafar, Rana Muhammad Yousuf.

Nominees of Newspaper’s Employer All Pakistan Newspaper Society (APNS) would be notified on receipt of the nominations, said notification.
