Lahore:Former deputy prime minister Ch Pervaiz Elahi has said that PML-N had set examples of injustice and cruelties during their tenure in Punjab and Masses will revenge from them on May 11,he was talking to media after meeting with party leaders and tickets holders,here at party office in Lahore.
He said PML-Q candidates will succeed with heavy mandate in forthcoming elections and complete development projects that were as closed due to political victimization of Shahbaz Sharif govt.Muhammad Basharat Raja, Ch Zaheeruddin Khan, Moonis Elahi and Nasir Mahmud Gill were also present present on the occasion.
Ch Pervaiz Elahi said that squandering of the public money by Sharif Brothers in Punjab due to their inefficiency is before everyone, plaques of “Sheikh Chilli” flop schemes in the graveyard of failed projects were ample proof of poor and faulty performance of Sharif Brothers, they cannot cheat the people any more through their false slogans and tall talking because the people remember very well how they have been treated by N-League rulers, people now are fully aware how they first got the work stopped on our development projects of peoples welfare in every city and town of the province and then scrapped them altogether not sparing even Lahore and our mega projects started with foreign investment were also closed. N-League has grilled the poor for five years, in the elections the people will grill it.
Continuing Ch Pervaiz Elahi said that our candidates after winning the elections will restore the development works stopped by N-League in their respective constituencies and ensure completion of the same. He said when our tenure in Punjab had ended, the province had a surplus of Rs 100 billion and now after five years, it is in heavy deficit of Rs 500 billion, how those who turned surplus Punjab in heavy debt of Rs 500 billion are talking about economic explosion, people have fully realized their capability and performance and they will no more trust them in future, Insha-Allah.
