PMA expresses sorrow over killing of Professor Haider Ali and his innocent son

Lahore: A combined meeting of the Office Bearers of Pakistan Medical Association and Medical Teachers Association Punjab presided by Professor Doctor Ashraf Nizami was held at PMA House Lahore.

The house expressed its griefs on the sorrowful shahadat of Professor Haider Ali and his innocent son. The house further condemned the event and demanded the rapid arrest of the culprits by the Government.

The house unanimously decided to observe a “Yom-e-sog” tomorrow, Tuesday the 19th February 2013 in all Medical Teaching Institutions and Hospitals of Punjab. All routine work will remain stopped in all hospitals. All doctors will participate in the Namaz-e-Jannaza at 11’O clock in the morning at the Shaheed’s residence 15-A, Hali Road, Behind Hafeez Center Gulberg-II Lahore.

District Branches and local Medical Teachers Association all over the Punjab will say Namaz-e-Jannaza at 11’O clock in the morning in their respective institutions.
