Sardar Yaqub , Sanaullah Zehri calls on Shahbaz Sharif

Lahore: Senior leaders of PML-N Sardar Yaqub Khan Nasir and Sardar Sanaullah Zehri belonging to Balochistan called on Punjab Chief Minister, Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif separately at Model Town today. Political situation of the country and political matters relating to Balochistan were discussed during the meetings.

Talking on the occasion, Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif said that Baloch brethren will have to be taken into confidence in resolving Balochistan problems and all stake holders will have to find a solution of Balochistan problems with mutual consultation. He said that Punjab government of PML-N gave its share of Rs.11 billion in 7th NFC Award to Baloch brethren so that the sense of deprivation of the people living in Balochistan could be removed. The Chief Minister said that Punjab government is pursuing a comprehensive programme of public welfare and that is why international institutions have lauded the good governance, transparency and merit based policies of the government of PML-N. He said that the renowned international institution in its recent survey report had declared PML-N the most popular party of the country. He said that due to the performance and record public service of Punjab government, PML-N has become the most popular party of the country. He said that increase in the popularity of PML-N is reflective of the confidence of 18 crore people. He said that the hollow slogans of the popularity by so called claimants have been exposed. He expressed the hope that the people will express their complete confidence in the candidates of PML-N in the coming elections. Shahbaz Sharif said that Punjab government has launched a splendid project of metro bus service for the provision of comfortable, reliable and safe travelling facilities which is at the final stages. He said that metro bus project will transform the transport system in the country.

Senior leaders belonging to Balochistan said that people are getting relief from the welfare programmes of Punjab government. They paid tributes to the Chief Minister Punjab on the steps taken for the welfare of the people and added that Shahbaz Sharif has changed Punjab by working round the clock.
