Metro bus project would be inaugurated on February 10

Lahore: Punjab govt has announced that metro bus project would be inaugurated on February 10. This transport service will be free for four weeks after its inauguration.

It was decided in a meeting chaired by Chief Minister Punjab.The meeting was attended by Members National Assembly Hamza Shahbaz Sharif, Pervaiz Malik, Mian Marghoob Ahmed, Bilal Yaseen, Provincial Law Minister Rana Sanaullah Khan, Chairman Lahore Transport Company Khawaja Ahmed Hassan, Deputy Speaker Punjab Assembly Rana Mashhood Ahmed Khan, Members Provincial Assembly Mehr Ishtiaq Ahmed, Khawaja Imran Nazir, leaders of Pakistan Muslim League-N, Secretaries and other concerned officers.

Shahbaz Sharif said that inauguration of Metro Bus Service would be an important event as Metro Bus Project is a milestone in the transport history of the country. He said the Punjab government of Pakistan Muslim League-N has taken effective steps to build a new Pakistan. He said this splendid project is being completed in a short period of eleven months and an 8-kilometer long flyover has also been constructed which is a great showpiece of architectural art.
