APC expresses full support to Governor Rule in Balochistan

IMG_7887APC in QuettaAPC in QuettaQuetta: An All Parties Peace Conference has announced their full support to the Governor Rule ad dismissal of the provincial government.

The APC demanded of the Government on Tuesday to begin a targeted operation against the terrorists forthwith.

“U.S. and other imperialist countries are involved in the genocide of Shia Muslims and other Pakistanis in Balochistan,” said the declaration of the All Parties Conference in which 23 parties participated. Almost all the eminent ruling and opposition political and religio-political parties expressed their support to the joint declaration at the APC.

Allama Amin Shaheedi, deputy chief of Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen that hosted the APC, presided over the moot in provincial capital city of Balochistan.

“Should the government fail to meet demands of the APC and if Balochistan government is reinstated, then all of us would begin a long march towards Quetta,” Allama Shaheedi warned.

Those others who spoke at the APC were: Liaquat Baloch, secretary general of Jamaat-e-Islami, Mir Naseer Mengal, senior vice president of PMLQ, Sardar Fateh Mohammad Hasni, a central leader of the PPP, Saleem Akhtar Advocate of MQ Balochistan chapter, Khuda-e-Noor and Naseebullah Bazai of PMLN, Abdul Qayoom Changezi of Quetta Yakjehti Council, Nawabzada Sharif and Qasim Khan Soori of Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf, Sahibzada Habib Chishti of Sunni Supreme Council, Iqtidar Mohammad of Tanzim-e-Islami, Ghulam Nabi Mari of Awami National Party, Abdul Rauf Sasoli of Jamhoori Watan Party, Allama Maqsood Domki of the MWM and others.

These leaders demanded of the Supreme Court to take suo motu notice of the ongoing volatile situation of Balochistan, do justice to the oppressed families who lost their dear and near ones and in particular to take the notice of genocide of Shiites and victims of Alamdar Road Tragedy. They demanded public hanging of the terrorists.

The leaders vowed to make joint efforts against the targeted murders and terrorism in Quetta and elsewhere in Balochistan.
They expressed hope that Governor Rule would help overcome the terrorism and targeted murders in the province.

They demanded of the government to compensate the people of Balochistan by giving relief to end sense of alienation and deprivation among them. They demanded that Balochistan issue should be sorted out through reconciliation and negotiations instead of use of force. They demanded that right of people of Balochistan to rule and to control their resources should be accepted.

They said that birth anniversary of Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH), last apostle of Prophet of God, emphasized on us that we are capable to defeat terrorism and sort out our problems through unity.

Sardar Fateh Mohammad Hasni of Pakistan People’s Party, recalled that the PPP-led federal government stood shoulder to shoulder with the people of Balochistan and dismissed provincial government and imposed Governor rule on public demand.

Khuda-e-Noor of PMLN stressed on the political parties to play active and effective practical role instead of lip service to serve the people of Balochistan.

Mir Naseer Mengal of the PMLQ appreciated the peaceful and non-violent reaction and attitude of Hazara Shia tribe saying that they helped maintain peace of Quetta city.

Liaquat Baloch of the JI said that people of Balochistan got rid of an incompetent and failed provincial government.

Ghulam Nabi Murri said that of 65 MPAs, 60 were ministers in Balochistan but they all failed to protect the lives of people.
