JI demands resumption of Lahore- Narowal trains

Lahore: Secretary General, Jamaat e Islami, Liaqat Baloch, has called upon the Federal Minister for Railways Ghulam Ahmed Bilour and the General Manager, Railways, to order the resumption of the trains on the Lahore- Narowal section.

In a statement here on Monday, he said that railways was a national institution that was on the verge of destruction due to corruption and mismanagement.
He stressed upon the Railways administration to immediately resume the four trains that had been running on the section to minimize the traveling problems of the millions of the people living in the area as that would also increase railways earnings.
