Pervaiz Elahi criticism on the Election Commission is un-justified:Abid Sher Ali

Lahore:Member National Assembly Abid Sher Ali has said that criticism of . He said Pervaiz Elahi is holding the Election Commission responsible for his worst defeat in the bye-elections whereas the people have totally rejected the alliance of Peoples Party and Ch. Brothers. He said, after the defeat in next general elections, Ch. Brothers will have nowhere to go.

Commenting upon the statement of Pervaiz Elahi, Abid Sher Ali said that Pervaiz Elahi has come to realize that, like in bye-elections, he would be defeated in general elections as well, therefore, he is looking for an excuse to escape from coming elections. He said the increasing popularity of PML-N has made life miserable for Ch. Brothers, who sat in the lap of Pervaiz Musharaf to safeguard their corruption, then made Asif Zardari their guru and now have taken oath of allegiance at the hands of Tahir ul Qadri. He said the people of Pakistan fully realize the true intentions of Ch. Brothers, but now, no amount of political deception can save them from worst defeat in coming elections.

Abid Sher Ali said that Pervaiz Elahi and Company did only paper development work and gobbled development funds of different projects, including Lahore-Kasur Road, Thokar Niaz Beg Flyover and other projects. He said the Punjab government of PML-N has completed all development projects which were left incomplete, during the era of Ch. Pervaiz Elahi, and now the graveyards of corruption have been transformed into minarets of development.
