JI naib Ameer Prof. Ghafoor Ahmed passes away

Lahore: Famous parliamentarian and naib Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Prof. Ghafoor Ahmed has passed away at the age of 85 years. Innah Lilah e Wa Inna Lilah Elahe Rajeoun. His funeral will be offered tomorrow at 4:30 PM in front of Edarah Noor e Haq and will be buried in Sakhi Hassan graveyard.
Ameer Jamaat e Islami Syed Munawar Hassan,Secretary General Liaqat Baloch,Qazi Hussain Ahmad,Chaudhry Aslam Saleemi,Ch Shujaat Hussain,Ch Pervaiz Elahi,MQM quaid Altaf Hussain,PTI chairman Imran Khan,president Javaid Hashmi,Punjab Chief Minister, Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has expressed deep sense of sorrow and grief over the sad demise of Prof. Ghafoor Ahmed.

In a condolence message, they prayed that may Allah Almighty rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage and strength to the members of the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss with fortitude.They lauded the political services of the late and said that in his death, country has lost a veteran politician.
