Tauqir Sadiq is living in a large house of Islamabad: Rana Sana

Lahore: Provincial Minister for Law Rana Sanaullah has said that Tauqir Sadiq who committed financial corruption of Rs.83 billion had been hiding in Governor House Lahore for a long time and is now living in a large house in Islamabad. He said that Tauqir Sadiq is not the only one who is involved in this crime but his accomplices are also providing him shelter.

Talking to media in the premises of Punjab Assembly, Rana Sanaullah said that due to taking shelter by Tauqir Sadiq in a large house of Islamabad, IG Punjab, IG Islamabad and IG Motorway are helpless. He said that Tauqir Sadiq was taken to Islamabad in the Governor House’s vehicle. He said that masses are fully aware of the negative tactics of federal government and will play a decisive role in the coming elections by ousting those living in large houses.

In response to a question about the deaths due to PIC medicines, Rana Sanaullah said that Chief Minister Punjab had said three years ago that the aims of medical treatment cannot be achieved without making health system autonomous. He said that Punjab government is not under pressure in the inquiry into deaths due to medicines of PIC. He said that the responsibility of the government is to take action against the persons responsible while it is upto the judiciary to award punishment.
