People should bring Nawaz Shahbaz into power:CM Punjab

Kotli Saitiyan:Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has said that the coming elections are not an ordinary one but these elections are for the security of the country and people should bring Nawaz Sharif into power through their votes for making Pakistan of Quaid and Iqbal. He said that Zardari has set records of corruption and the news of allegations of taking kickbacks in the deal of submarines from France are being published in international newspapers. He said that according to the report of Transparency International, corruption of Rs.7 billion is being committed daily in Pakistan which is unfortunate. He said that every penny of looted money of the people will be recovered from the looters, dacoits and the thieves. He said that it is not good to have atomic missile in one hand and begging bowl in the other. He said that Nawaz Sharif will have to be brought into power in the coming elections for the progress of the country and ridding it of begging.

He expressed these views while addressing a public meeting after the inauguration of building of Boys Degree College and laying the foundation stone of Kotli Satiyan to Dhanda Road in Kotli Satiyan, today. Member National Assembly Muhammad Hanif Abbasi, Advisor to Chief Minister Raja Ashfaq Sarwar and Raja Fayyaz Sarwar MPA also addressed on the occasion. Member National Assembly Muhammad Hanif Abbasi, Special Assistant to Chief Minister on Higher Education, Muhammad Zaeem Qadri, Members Provincial Assembly Rehana Hadees Satti, Raja Shaukat Aziz Bhatti, Raja Attique Sarwar, Raja Javed Akhlas, Hafiz Usman Abbasi, Shahid Riaz Satti, office-bearers and workers of PML-N from Kotli Satiyan, Kahota and Murree and a large number of people of the area were also present on the occasion. The Chief Minister announced setting up of Rescue-1122 station immediately at Kotli Satiyan, provision of funds for the construction of bridge Biyaga Lehtarar Road, Dhanda Chajhana Road, Kahoti to Kalyari Road and four coaches for Girls College within a week. The Chief Minister also announced hill allowance for the provincial employees performing their official duties in Kotli Satiyan and Murree areas. While addressing the public meeting, Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif said that had the looted money of the people available in the country, a number of hospitals, schools, colleges and roads would have been constructed. He said that corruption and dacoity of Rs.7 billion daily will have to be stopped for providing better transport to the people and constructing schools, colleges and residential colonies. He said that instead of checking corruption, the rulers are importing costly vehicles for them through aeroplanes. Shahbaz Sharif said that we will make every sacrifice and not rest content till the elimination of corruption from the country.

He said that corruption is rampant in the country. He said that aghyaar are attacking by drones and few dollars immersed with the blood of Pakistanis are given as aid. He said that there was a time when Mian Nawaz Sharif, ignoring the five billion dollars aid despite pressure and five telephone calls of Clinton, conducted six nuclear tests against five atomic explosions of India and made the defence of the country invincible. The Chief Minister said that he provided educational scholarships on merit to the poor but talented children by setting up Punjab Educational Endowment Fund with an amount of Rs.10 billion in the province. Similarly, laptops are being provided among the talented students in lacs only on merit, he added. He said that Daanish schools at par with Lawrence College, Aitchison College and cadet colleges have been set up in backward areas of south Punjab where free education is being provided to the children of poor whereas the children of poor even cannot pass near the Lawrence and Aitchison Colleges let alone getting admission in these colleges. He asked the people that whether Pakistan is not for the poor. He announced that if the Muslim League-N came into power after elections, sui gas will be provided to Kotli Satian and it will be connected with Patriata through cable car. The Chief Minister announced to give the building of boys degree college to the female students and shifting of boys degree college to the under construction building of girls degree college as the building of boys degree college is nearer to the city.

Member National Assembly Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, Advisor to CM Raja Ashfaq Sarwar, Raja Fiaz Sarwar MPA while addressing the public meeting said that Chief Minister has paid special attention to the development of the area for which they are thankful to him. Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that people of the Kotli Satian has always supported PML-N. Raja Ashfaq Sarwar said that leadership of PML-N has served the people of Pakistan with hard working and honesty. He said that people of Kotli Satian are very much happy on the visit of Chief Minister Punjab. He also demanded setting up of technical college and providing special package for the construction and repair of local roads of union councils in Kotli Satian.
