Lahore: has criticized the government for not implementing the apex court decision on the CNG prices.
In a statement issued here at Mansoora on Thursday, he said government had flouted the Supreme Court order with regard to CNG prices in its short order. “In fact, the government has created an artificial crisis of CNG shortage across the country,” he added.
He lashed out PPP and its allies saying they had bereaved the people of basic civic facilities while the CNG association was not paying any attention towards government.
He said the sky-rocketing prices on daily kitchen items on daily basis had added to the miseries of the common man. “Due to the ill policies of the government, unemployment is on the rise and people are committing suicide,” he regretted.
He said the government was receiving taxes on utility bills, petroleum manufactures, CNG and LPG which he termed ‘state bully tax’.
Referring to the Transparency International Report according to which Pakistan was facing seven billion rupees corruption on daily basis, he said the government had brought a bad name to Pakistan.
He appealed to the massed to set aside the corrupt leaders in upcoming general elections throught their votes.
