Probation officers of Civil Services Academy Peshawar visits IPH

Lahore: Twenty probation officers of Police, DMG, Information, Foreign services and Income Tax groups of Civil Services Academy Peshawar visited Institute of Public Health Lahore on their educational tour.

Dean Institute of Public Health Prof. Dr. Maaz Ahmed brief them about structure and composition of the institute and informed that institute is catering M.Phil, MMCH, MHM, MPH courses for Post Gradute Doctors to produce Health Managers. He also informed that the institute is also catering Medical Lab Technology, Dietitian and Sanitory Inspector Courses for Paramedics. He also informed the probationers about significance of Public Health and Prevention in Health Services and brief that the institute is only such institute in Punjab. Later the probation officers visited various departments of Institute of Public Health Lahore.
