Patriotic forces should get united to get rid of the Zardari:Munawar Hassan

Lahore: Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan, Syed Munawar Hasan has reiterated that patriotic forces should get united and form a grand alliance as soon as possible in order to get rid of the Zardari led government and avoiding poll rigging in upcoming elections.

He said this during a led by its president Arshad Chaudhary and Secretary General Manzoor Gillani here at Mansoora on Saturday.

He said the rulers were using different tactics to delay the general elections for a year in order to prolong their tenure. “If the patriotic forces do not form any alliance the rulers will get another chance to fulfill their agenda,” he added.

Arshad Chaudhary, President Pakistna Awami Mahaz, appreciating the efforts of the JI assured JI Ameer of his cooperation.

Secretary General JI, Liaqat Baloch, Naib Umra of JI Chaudhary Muhammad Aslam Saleemi, Dr. Muhammad Kamal, Siraj-ul-Haq, Deputy Secretary General Dr. Fareed Paracha, Ameer JI Punjab, Dr. Syed Waseem Akhtar, JI Ameer Lahore, Mian Maqsood, Nazim-e-Intakhabat Zafar Jamal Baloch and Ameer-ul-Azeem were also present on the occasion.
