Lahore: Chief Nursing Superintendent Services Hospital, Sajida Farsheed has said that Razia Basharat has spent four decades in serving the ailing humanity and being a sympathetic and kind nurse, her name will remember ever in the hearts of the nursing students. She said that her polite attitude with the patients will become a manifesto of her a number of students who will follow her footprints.
She was addressing a function held on the occasion of retirement of Head Nurse Razia Basharat. Nursing Superintendent Azra Perveen and a larger number of nurses attended the function. While talking on the occasions, sister Irsha, Tasneem, Lorita, Asma Taj, Ghazala, Sajida Parveen, Kishwar, Robina and Fauzia Yasmeen said that Razia Basharat earned a good name by serving ailing humanity and her character with regard to serving the humanity cannot be forgotten for a long time.
Nursing Superintendent Azra Parveen said that Razia Basharat was a disciplined official and she was a role model for her colleagues. She said that the coming nursing generation will follow the outstanding career of Razia Basharat. Later on, gifts were given and prayed for long life of Razia Basharat. It may be mentioned that Razia Basharat served the injured during the 1971 war and got her education from Nursing School Lahore General Hospital.
