Punjab government extended ban on burning of tyres

Lahore: Punjab government has under section 144 CPC, extended ban on burning of tyres, electric wires and mobile oil filters as well as wall-chalking and display of banners without permission within the revenue limits of district Multan for a further period of one months.

Similarly, the ban on digging of pits/laying of cables (either by government or private department) making pits on the roads/along the roads, in the streets, right of ways, water channels, drains without permission and that to refilling the same within 24 hours as well as tethering leaving stray the Milch Animals on roads, streets and along the parks within the revenue limits of district Multan has been extended for one month. Home Department Punjab has issued notifications in this regard.
