Hamza gives financial aid to BRTP victim family

Lahore: Member National Assembly Hamza Shahbaz Sharif gave away a cheque of Rs.5 lakh as financial assistance to the husband of a woman who died due to an accident at Bus Rapid Transit Project at Chief Minister’s Secretariat, here today.

Expressing his condolences with Azmat Ali, husband of late Farzana Bibi, Hamza Shahbaz Sharif prayed that may Allah Almighty rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage and strength to the members of the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss with equanimity.

It may be mentioned that Farzana Bibi, resident of Dars Barey Mian Mughalpura, had died due to an accident at Bus Rapid Transit Project on August 08, 2012 and Chief Minister Punjab, Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif had announced financial assistance of Rs.5 lakh for the heirs of the deceased.
