Lahore: On the directive of Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, brilliant boy and girl students who have achieved distinctive positions in matriculation examination, throughout the country, would be taken for a visit to Murree and other recreational spots, in addition to presenting them guard of honour.
The position holder boy and girl students would reach Murree on Oct. 4 and will stay there till Oct. 7, during which they will be taken to Patriata, Government House Murree and PC Bhurban. These position holder students would also be given a detailed briefing regarding renowned educational institutions of Britain, Germany and Turkey at PC Bhurban. A walk would also be conducted in the honour of these position holder boy and girl students which will begin at the Kashmir Point and conclude at GPO Chowk Murree.
It may be mentioned that Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has earmarked the Punjab House Muree for the visiting boy and girl students who achieve top positions in examinations, where they are given a guard of honour as well.
