Q-League should not politics on flood:Ch Ghafoor

Lahore: has said that the leaders of Q-League leave no opportunity for political point scoring and they do not desist from even doing politics on natural calamities.

Commenting upon the statement of Ch. Zahir-ud-Din, Ch. Abdul Ghafoor said that point scoring by Q-leaders even on natural calamities reflect their moral condition. He said instead of visiting the flood affected areas and helping the affected people, the complete focus of Q-League leaders is on issuing statements and doing negative criticism.

Ch. Abdul Ghafoor said that Punjab government has launched relief activities in flood affected areas of south Punjab in a vigorous manner and food items and other edibles are being sent to the affected areas, while Punjab Disaster Management Authority(PDMA) has effectively initiated relief and rehabilitation work in rain and flood stricken areas. The Minister said that Ch. Zahir-ud-Din and other Q-leaders, instead of wasting their energy on getting cheap publicity and having their statements published in newspapers, ought to visit the flood affected areas to help the rain and flood stricken people.
