No chance of LBE in the province:CM Punjab Shahbaz Sharif

Lahore: Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif has rejected any chance of Local Bodies Election in the province before general election in the country.He was talking to the media after returning to Pakistan after four-day private visit to Britain.

Replying to a question of media representatives about local bodies elections, the Chief Minister said that the federal government did not care about local bodies system at all nor held local bodies elections during the last four and a half years, now it has suddenly had this idea. The Chief Minister said that the decision of holding local bodies elections in Punjab would be taken in consultation with the party.
