PTI workers are being victimized by Punjab Govt: Mehmood ul Rasheed

Lahore: Pakistan Tehrek-e-Insaf Lahore president Mian Mehmood ul Rasheed has accused that the political workers who are joining PTI after leaving Muslim League -N, being victimized by police on the direction of CM Punjab and his son Hamza Shahbaz Sharif.

While addressing a press conference at party’s jail road office along with Naveed kamal Bhatti and other local leader, Mian Mehmood said that Islampura police had brutally tortured Naveed Kamal Bhatti, his son and snatched valuables from a local trader. Their only sin was quitting PML-N and joining PTI. They have been harassed by police since they have joined Pakistan Tehrek-e-Insaf.

He demanded probe of the incident and action against the local sho and other police men who were involved in misusing of power. He also announced to stage protest against police at Islampura chock tomorrow in the afternoon.

At that moment, Naveed Kamal Bhatti said if something untoward happened to him or his any family member, the CM Punjab Shahbaz Sharif, his son Hamza Shahbaz and the local Sho Hussain Ali Malik would be responsible
