Relatives of the deceased staged protest at Qurtaba Choke

Lahore: Dozens of local residents staged a protest for the arrest of the doctors of services hospital who were blamed for the death of an injured Muhammad Asif. The protesters were of the view that Muhammad Asif resident of Mozang was taken to hospital after being injured in a road accident. He had minor injuries but could not take breath again after the first aid in hospital. They declared Drs murderers and demand capital punishment for them. Mind it asif was died in service hospital on the second day of Eid.

On the other hand Drs claims legal action against the relative of the deceased who protested in the emergency ward and broke windows, door glasses and set furniture on fire. Pakistan Medical Association was of the view that Drs on duty made every possible effort to save the life of the patient asif and no negligence was done in his management

CM has constituted an inquiry committee to probe the matter.
