Zardari has given the nation torturous loadshedding:CM Punjab

Lahore:Punjab Chief Minister, Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has expressed deep sense of grief and sorrow over the loss of precious lives as a result of fire erupted in the building of a private TV channel in Garhi Shahu. He has constituted a special committee headed by Chairman Chief Minister’s Inspection Team which will submit its report about this incident within 24 hours. The Committee formed on the directions of Chief Minister, has immediately started its work.

Punjab Chief Minister, Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has said that Zardari gang has given the nation torturous loadshedding, price-hike, poverty and unemployment. He said that those who pushed the nation into darkness during Sehri, Iftari and Tarveeh in the sacred month of Ramazan, should stop dreaming of ruling the country in future. He said that the people will bury the politics of corruption and plundering of the incapable rulers forever during general elections. The Chief Minister said that all problems were created by Zardari gang and if the country got rid of this corrupt gang, all its problems will be solved. He said that a new Pakistan free from corruption will be constructed under the leadership of President Pakistan Muslim League-N Muhammad Nawaz Sharif where there will be supremacy of law, constitution and justice and every one will have equal opportunities of development. While announcing various development schemes for district Gujrat on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that more than six billion rupees have been spent on various development projects in the district during the last four and a half years.

He was addressing office-bearers and workers of PML-N District Gujrat, here today. Advisor to Chief Minister Raja Ashfaq Sarwar, Member National Assembly Hamza Shahbaz Sharif, Assembly Members from Gujrat, officers of district administration and police were also present on the occasion. Office-bearers and workers of PML-N informed the Chief Minister about the development problems of the area.

Addressing on the occasion, Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif said that the corrupt rulers who filled their pockets with the hard earned money of the people and pushed the nation into darkness during the last four and a half years, have lost the right of rule. He said that people will hold these looters accountable and reject them in the next general elections. The Chief Minister said that those who made loot and plunder in the name of development projects during dictatorial era are once again setting new records of plundering. He said that people have fully recognized their faces and now would not be hoodwinked by them. The Chief Minister said that the aim of politics of PML-N is service to the masses and bring the neglected segments of the society into mainstream of development. He said that all resources are being utilized for provision of basic amenities to the people. The Chief Minister said that mega development projects in all districts of the province including Gujrat are being completed speedily in a most transparent manner. While giving approval to various development schemes for district Gujrat, he also announced up-gradation of Government Higher Secondary School Tanda to Degree College, construction of cricket ground in Jalalpur Jattan and construction and repair of roads in other areas. Shahbaz Sharif said that transparency and merit have been promoted in Punjab and all recruitments are being made only on merit basis. The Chief Minister said that corruption will not be tolerated at any cost and every person will have to play his role for purging the society of menace of corruption. He said that those workers who kept the flag of party high at the time of trial, are dearer to him and they will be given complete respect. He directed the government officers to devote themselves for the service of the people and utilize all their energies for resolution of their problems. He said that the required funds will be provided for the development schemes within the available resources.

Office-bearers and workers of PML-N paid rich tributes to the Chief Minister Punjab for carrying out record development projects in district Gujrat. They said that Shahbaz Sharif is serving the masses round the clock and has proved to be the Khadim-e-Punjab in real sense.
