Utility stores are buying edibles from Ramazan Bazars:Pervaiz Rasheed

Lahore: Leader of Pakistan Muslim League-N, Senator Pervez Rashid has said that coalition parties of federal government in the provinces have rejected Shujaat Formula by declaring it impracticable and Deputy Prime Minister cannot dare to even present this formula in Sindh, Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtoonkhawah.

He said that Ch. Pervez Elahi should know the reality before issuing baseless statements that as compared to the Ramazan Package of Rs.2.5 billion of federal government, Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz has given a special Ramazan Package of Rs.4 billion for providing daily use items to the masses at subsidized rates in Ramazan Bazaars. He said that the quality of these items is better and prices are less as compared to utility stores and that is why the officers and officials of utility stores buy edibles from Ramazan Bazars set up by the Punjab government.
