DCO Lahore takes notice of price hike in city

Lahore:District Coordination Officer Lahore, Noor ul Amin Mengal has taken notice of the increase of prices of fruits, vegetables and meat in some Sunday Bazaars of the city and directed the DO monitoring and administration of Sunday Bazaars to take immediate steps to reduce the prices of fruits, vegetables and meat. On the direction of DCO administrations took action and prices of fruits, vegetables and meat have been reduced in Sunday Bazaars.

Meanwhile on the direction of DCO Lahore administration has stopped the sale of unhygienic meat and chicken and made ensure the availability of sugar in Gulshan Ravi Sunday Bazaar. DCO directed the Sunday Bazaar administration to take immediate steps against the selling of unhygienic or substandard food items in Sunday Bazaars.
