FBR extends date for filing of Sales Tax/Federal Excise Return

Islamabad:Federal Board of Revenue is pleased to extend the date for filing of Sales Tax/Federal Excise Return and payment of Taxes/Duty thereon up to 25th June, 2012, for the tax period May, 2012, for all registered persons.

The decision has been taken by the FBR in exercise of the powers conferred under section 74 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990 and section 43 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005.
