Prof Dr Bilal Zakaria CEO PIC Lahore has been made OSD

Lahore:Punjab government has made Chief Executive Officer of Punjab Institute of Cardiology professor Dr Bilal Zakaria an OSD.  Dr Nadeem Hayat Malik is appointed as a new PIC Chief.A notification in this regard has been issued.
