Pakistan has nothing to do with the Pulwama attack : Fayyaz Chohan

Lahore : Punjab Information and Culture Minister Fayyaz-ul- Hassan Chohan has said that the provincial government is attaching high value to tree plantation in the province to make Punjab green and neat. He urged all the students and youth to actively partake in plant sapling campaign so as to ensure future of coming generation free from pollution, smog and smokes.

Information Minister expressed these views while starting tree plantation drive, 2019. He along with Executive Director LAC Athar Ali Khan planted a sapling at the premises of Alhamra Arts Council here today.

The minister informed that during this plantation season Punjab would achieve target of plantation of its due share. Plantation in billions in a couple of years would turn to forests which would bring a green revolution in the country due to which land erosion during floods would be overcome to the optimum level, he added.

Information minister while talking to the media said that Pakistan has nothing to do with the Pulwama attack which resulted in death of over 40 Indian Central Police Force personnel. “Pakistan has denied all allegations of terror financing. Indian’s accusations in the aftermath of the attack are emotional reaction. India itself has staged this attack and hurled allegations on Pakistan. Former Indian external affairs minister himself has admitted that all attacks in India are being carried out by BJP and its RSS extremists.  Now Modi, Indian premier cannot hoodwink the world community by dragging Pakistan in the heinous crime. Such allegations without tangible evidence should immediately be stopped,” the minister observed.

Fayyazul Hassan Chohan while defending the PTI stance for not inviting Nawaz Sharif and Asif Zardari at visit of Saudi crown prince, said that both are known for corruption at global level and that’s why they were not invited at Royal reception hosted in Islamabad.
