A dacoit killed at Masson Road during cross firing

Lahore : A young dacoit Mustafa has been killed reportedly by the firing of his own companions during dacoity at Masson Road. The deceased was resident of Shabbli Town Sandha.

Civil Lines police stated that 4 dacoits entered a house at Masson Road and looted cash,jewelry and valuables worth Rs 7 Lakh. Meanwhile ,a neighbour called the police, SHO Adil Khichi reached with armed cops immediately and intercepted the dacoits . Exchange of gunfire caused the death of a dacoit which identified later as Mustafa whereas other 3 were arrested by the police. Looted cash and valuables were recovered.

The body has been sent to city morgue for autopsy.
