Nasir khan Durrani resigns upon IGP Tahir Ahmad transfer

Lahore : Former IG KPK Nasir khan Durrani tenders his resignation as chairman of Police Reforms commission Punjab probably due to premature transfer of IG Punjab Tahir Ahmad Khan.

This was claimed by former IG Punjab Kh Khalid Farooq in a tweet.

One of the reasons which were being told on media about the transfer of IG Tahir Ahmad that he refused to comply with directions of Nasir Khan Durrani.

Mind it that ECP has stopped the transfer of IGP Tahir Ahmad till the by elections and sought explanation from secretary establishment on issuing transfer notification of IGP Punjab.
