Lahore : 23 members Punjab Cabinet has been finalized by the PTI leadership in a meeting held at Bani Gala , Islamabad. The meeting chaired by Chairman Imran Khan . Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar and aleem Khan were also in the meeting.
The sources revealed that , Faizul Hassan Chouhan has been appointed provincial minister for culture and information while Dr Yasmin Rashid has been named Primary and Secondary Healthcare minister. Makhdum Hashim as a finance minister , Hafiz Mumtaz ahmad as minister of Excise and Taxation ,sami Ullah Ch as minister food , Mian Aslam Iqbal as minister industries ,Aleem Khan as minister local government , Murad Raas school education ,Mohsin Leghari irrigation.
The list also mentioned an Independent candidate, who joined the PTI government, named as Youth Affairs and Sports minister.
Raja Basharat was named provincial minister for law and parliamentary affairs.
Yasir Humayun Sarfraz was mentioned for the post of Punjab Minister for Higher Education .
Earlier today, Prime Minister Imran Khan interviewed 30 lawmakers for the selection process of Punjab cabinet.
Sources said that the CM Punjab gave a briefing to the prime minister during the session.
It is important to clear it here that all these names are purposed for Punjab Cabinet and no notification has been issued in this regard till the filing of the news.
