Usman Buzdar elected as CM Punjab

Lahore : PTI ‘s Usman Buzdar has been elected as Punjab Chief Minister. He got 186 votes whereas his opponent Hamza Shahbaz could get 159 votes.

PTI has 176 votes after the joining of independent MPAs and its ally PML-Q has 10 votes.

On the other hand ; PML-N has 161 votes but it’s 2 members were in Saudia to perform hajj.

PPP has 10 votes but it did not participate in voting for CM election .

Hamza Shahbaz congratulated newly elected CM Usman Buzdar and said despite reservations on election results , they decided to take system ahead in the largest interest of the country. We will play our role as opposition .He demanded to form parliamentary commission to probe the allegations of rigging.

Newly elected CM Usman Buzdar said he will work to implement the vision of Imran Khan in the province.
