Supreme court holds recounting in NA 131

Lahore : Supreme court of Pakistan has held recounting in NA-131 on the appeal of Imran Khan. The petitioner said there is no need to recounting in the constituency and the CJP Saqib Nisar gives verdict to stop recounting.

PML-N candidate Kh Saad Rafiq , Imran Khan won by only 680 votes, Imran Khan has lost 117 votes in the recounting of 2835 rejected votes and 5 polling stations so recounting of all votes would change the result.

The court gave remarks thatImran Khan statement to open any constituency was a political statement.
