CJP directs NAB to file reference against OPC Commissioner

Lahore: Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Saqib Nisar has directed NAB to file reference against Overseas Pakistanies Commissioner Punjab Afzaal Bhatti after reviewing his case.

The CJP offered Afzaal Bhatti to pay back his received salaries in Dam fund or face NAB . Afzaal Bhatti refused to give back salary and vowed to challenge the report submitted by NAB.

During hearing , Afzaal Bhatti said he is by birth British National. He has served as secretary to Nawaz Sharif and advisor to Shahbaz Sharif.
