Shahbaz Sharif inquired after kidney patients at PKLI

Lahore : The Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif today visited Pakistan Kidney and Liver Transplant Institute. He inquired after two kidney patients namely Waqar Ahmed and Muhammad Kaleem and congratulated them for the successful transplant. He said them that their successful transplant is the result of blessing of Allah Almighty and hard work of doctors.

The chief minister also lauded the performance of surgeons, doctors, nurses and paramedical staffs. He also met with the brother and wife of Muhammad Kaleem. The wife while giving prayers to Shehbaz Sharif said that after Allah Almighty it can only be possible because of you. She further stated that PKLI is one of the best hospital of Pakistan and behavior of doctors and hospital staff with patients are very good.

She said that they have not spent single penny on the treatment of her husband. She told that they got married one and a half year before and she was very much worried for the treatment of her husband. She said that by constructing this hospital, you have favored a common man and we all pray for you.

The Chief Minister also inquired after the sister who donate her kidney to the first patients of kidney transplant Waqar Ahmed. While talking to Chief Minister sister of Waqar Ahmed said that this hospital providing free of cost treatment facility to the common man. She said that its desire should be constructed in every city of Pakistan. Sister of Waqar Ahmed prayed for the long age and health of Chief Minister.
