Raja Ashfaq Sarwar faced public fury in Murree

Lahore : Punjab minister Raja Ashfaq Sarwar has faced public fury on not serving and resolving the basic problems of the vicinity. People held him responsible for not doing development projects in the area.

A large number of people surrounded his vehicle and shouted slogans against him when he was going to Geyhal in a motocad to address a public meeting.

The protesters who were well aware of provincial minister ‘s programme , came on the road and blocked the way as he reached there and did what which he never thought of . The violent protesters broke the side mirrors of minister ‘s vehicle and beat the body like a drum with stones and sticks which caused dents to the vehicle.

The Squad and local police completely failed to overcome the agitators.

Chairman Union Council Geyhal Omar Satti was held responsible for the attack who organised this protest.
