Supreme court suspends Ishaq Dar’s Senate membership

Lahore : The Supreme Court has suspended Senate membership of Ishaq Dar on not appearing in the court . The CJP remarked one day he will have to come.

Ishaq Dar council briefed the court about his condition and submitted medical certificate which was not honoured.

A four member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Saqib Nisar heard the case against Ishaq Dar’s Senate election.

The court adjourned next hearing of the case after Eid-ul-Fitr.
