JUP calls for timely polls

Lahore : The Nizam e Mustafa Workers Convention of Jamiat Ulema Pakistan with JUP President Peer Ejaz Hashmi in the chair resolved that only Nizam e Mustafa is solution to the political issues of the country. To achieve, this mission the 5-religio-political parties have united themselves under the banner of the Muttahidda Majlas e Amal (MMA).

“The MMA has a bright future in politics and the masses will vote for Islamic system in Pakistan. The Election Commission has completed its job of delimitations and notification issued. The delay in polling is unacceptable,” said Peer Ejaz Hashmi addressing the convention at Al Hamra Hall.

The JUP workers from across Punjab province thronged the convention that was also addressed by   Sahibzada Shah Owais Noorani, Allama Noor Ahmad Sial, Peer Mahfooz Mashhadi and others. The speakers also paid rich tributes to former JUP Chief Maulana Abdul Sattar Khan Niazi for his religious and political services.

Peer Ejaz Hashmi called for unity of the Ummah. He asked Mian Nawaz Sharif to explain in his statement about the role of invisible forces in politics and take political parties into  confidence as undemocratic forces have no extra-constitutional role.
