Shahbaz Sharif visited Bhikki Gas Power Plant

Lahore : Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif visited Bhikki Gas Power Plant today. He inspected various parts of the power plant and was briefed about it.

Talking on this occasion, the Chief Minister said that the PML-N government has planted 3600-MW gas power plants with its own resources and due to these plants load-shedding has been generally eliminated also by saving billions of rupees in gas power plants we have saved national resources. He said that cheaper electricity is being attained from gas power plant.

The Chief Minister said that electricity projects have been completed with rapid acceleration in our era. He said that our opponents have only plundered national resources ruthlessly in the name of power projects.

He said that our opponents are lyin only as they could not generate even one MW in their province while our government has created thousands of MW power in a few months’ record period. The Chief Minister presided over the meeting and was briefed about the production of gas power plant.

General Electric and officials of Harbin Electric International China, Secretary Energy and Commissioner Lahore division were also present there.
