Pakistani judges who have dual nationality

Lahore : Pakistan Judiciary have ample number of judges who have taken oath of loyalty other than Pakistan as they have dual nationality.

A report has submitted in Supreme Court in suo moto case about dual nationality of judges and state employees , revealed that Mr justice Jawad Hassan of Lahore High Court has dual nationality ,he has British nationality due to his father but he never take oath to be loyal to British Queen .

Justice KK Agha of Sindh High Court has British Nationality.

Additional Session judge Ashfaq Ahmad Rana has also British Nationality . Additional Session Judge Sheikhupura Farkhanda Rasheed has Canadian Nationality .Additional Session Judge Sameea Noreen has also dual Nationality.

Special judge of NAB Court Karachi , Rashida Asad has Canadian Nationality.

District & Session judge Manshera Farah Attaullah has also dual nationality.

Upper Division Clerk of Islamabad High Court has PR of Canada.

No judge of Supreme Court , Shariat Court , Peshawar High Court and Balochistan High Court has dual nationality.

Each 4 officers of Police and Administrative Groups have dual nationality.

A 3 members bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan is hearing the case .

The apex court has sought details of Provincial  & Federal secretaries , Attorneys and Advocates General who have dual nationality. The CJP directed secretary Establishment to submit his report about dual nationality within one week.
