Mandi Bahauddin (Sher Gondal) : Rangers Public School and College organized a magnificent funfair in the school playing ground. Teachers and students actively took part in the funfair.
The venue was decorated with colorful banners, splashed with eye-catching advertisements displayed in front of stalls.
The teachers’ mostly female teachers and students had set up stalls of their own choice. The stalls included music chair, archery, games, local culture, food and beverage. Food stalls have different food varieties displayed that served mouthwatering delicacies.
Students, their parents, rangers’ officers and their families visited the funfair and enjoyed food. Rangers’ band played melodious tunes that amused the visitors.
There was a chariot and horses for riding stand adjacent to funfair venue. Students enjoyed riding horses and chariot and were thrilled. They also played exciting music chair and archery games and competed with each other for a win. Many students cladded in Punjabi traditional dress danced at the beat of drums and gripped the audience.
Faculty members of local schools including District Jinnah Public School and College visited the funfair and took pleasure out different activities.
Commandant Rangers Academy Col Asghar Niazi accompanied by Principal Lt Col (retd) Rana Maqsood visited the stalls and appreciated successful initiative taken by teachers and students as challenge.
The funfair ended with a message “Life is all about taking challenges and putting up your heart and soul to accomplish them”.
