Five provincial coaches promoted to the post of senior coaches

Lahore : The notification of officers, who were promoted in Sports Department Punjab’s Departmental Promotion Committee meeting on Dec 13, has been issued on Thursday.

The transfer and posting orders of these officers have also been issued.

According to notification, five provincial coaches have been promoted to the post of senior provincial coaches from grade 17 to 18. The services of five promoted coaches – Muhammad Sajid, M Nawaz Dogar, Shahid Nizami, Hafiz Tahir and Jamshed Iqbal – have been placed at the disposal of Director General Sports Punjab for further adjustment. Twenty-one Tehsil Sports Officers (TSOs) have also been promoted from grade 16 to 17 as District Sports Officers (DSOs).

According to new appointments, Imran Butt has been deputed in Sialkot, M Ramzan in Hafizabad, Asif Sheikh in Attock, Ghulam Abbas in Gujrat, Shafiqur Rehman in Khanewal, Rana Masood in Bahawalnagar, Ghulam Murtaza in Dera Ghazi Khan (with additional charge of Divisional Sports Officer), Maqsoodul Hasan Javed in Bahawalpur, Zawar Hussain in Khushab, Tariq Mehmood in Lodhran, Waheed Babar in Rawalpindi, Abdul Qayyum in Okara, Amir Hameed in Bhakkar, Waheed Ahmed in Mandi Bahauddin, Nisarul Haq in Jhang, Ata ur Rehman in Toba Tek Singh, Shamas Tauheed Abbasi in Jhelum, Jameel Kamran in Muzaffagarh, Amir Ausaf in Chakwal, M Asghar in Narowal and M Ashfaq has been appointed in Rahim Yar Khan.

District Sports Officer Shah Manzar Fareed has been appointed Divisional Sports Officer in Bahawalpur.
