People not to buy plots in Park View City Housing Scheme : CDA

Lahore :  Capital Development Authority has asked people not to buy plots in Park View City Housing Scheme Islamabad as society has yet to take NOC .

The housing project is of Vision Group which is owned by Aleem Khan who is PTI central Punjab president.

The CDA said that selling plots and development work without having NOC is illegal . Park View City is a small housing scheme located on Malot Road close to Bahria Enclave Islamabad.

It is spread over an area of about 1200 kanals of land, and some development work has been done already in initial blocks A & B.

The layout plan of the society is approved by CDA, however NOC is still to be obtained for which the society is working on required documentation.

Currently pre-launch booking is available at introductory prices with 2 year installment plan.
