Supreme Court decision is needs theory : Molana Fazal ur Rehman

Lahore : JUI-F chief Molana Fazal ur Rehman has said Supreme Court decision in Panama Case seems the needs theory, law experts are speechless on the decision as the court disqualified the Prime Minister for not taking money.

Addressing the media after Supreme Court verdict on Panama Case, Molana Fazal ur Rehman said we were thinking that the case would bring the hidden assets of Nawaz Sharif and unearth his corruption but decision was contrary to it as Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was disqualified for the money which he never taken, the decision would create political message , I doubt it would never be quoted as a president in the judiciary of the other part of the world, he added..

Molana Fazal ur Rehman said the worthy court should guide how will the system of the country will run without the government as they knew after the disqualification of Prime Minister, the cabinet will automatically dissolved. If something happens now who will be responsible for that and who will take decision, JUI-F chief questioned ?
