Punjab Assembly posed confidence upon PM Nawaz Sharif : Rana Sana

Lahore : Provincial Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs, Rana Sanaullah has said that we accept the decision of Supreme Court in letter and spirit. He said that Imran Khan and his companions are not accepting the decision of Supreme Court. The adverse remarks are only an opinion and no decision therefore these should not be discussed. It is right of opposition to file reference against Chairman NAB however; indecent language is not tolerable at all.

He was talking to media outside Punjab Assembly, here today.

Rana Sanaullah Khan said that there is no point pertaining to Nawaz Sharif in 13 points in Joint Investigation Committee constituted for Panama issue. He said that out of these points, seven are regarding the business started by late Mian Muhammad Sharif. Two questions are relating to beneficiary owner of offshore company Hussain Nawaz while four questions relate to Hassan Nawaz and Hussain Nawaz.

He expressed the hope that Hassan and Hussain will reply to the questions relating to them. He said that criticizing a part of decision of Supreme Court tantamount to contempt of court. He said that Panama case has political status not legal one.

Rana Sanaullah said we want that Asif Zardari while announcing for a war should also remain present in the field.

Later, Rana Sanaullah Khan presented a resolution regarding expression of confidence in Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif during the session.
