Sub Inspector Khalid Virk killer shot down by his own accomplice

Lahore : A very notorious criminal was killed by the firing of his own co accused, who along with his accomplices martyred Sub Inspector Khalid Virk two days back in Kasur.

According to the DPO Kasur SSP Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi ; on the pointation of accused Samra w/o accused Amir Shahzad, Police conducted raid at the Haveli Dhan Singh, PS Mustafabad to arrest the killers of SI Khalid Virk.

When Police Party reached near the pointed Haveli, the criminals resorted to indiscriminate firing on Police by taking different positions. Police also made aerial firing in self defence. When firing stopped, Police found an injured criminal who identified as Nadeem alias Deema who was involved in martyring SI Khalid Virk along with his accomplices named Amir Shahzad and Samra two days back. He got injured due to the firing of his own accomplices. He was involved in more than 12 heinous cases of robbery, dacoity and illegal weapons cases of Kasur district. Police recovered a pistol from the scene of occurrence.

The other two criminals succeeded in fleeing away due to pitched darkness. Police is in search of remaining two accused. .
