CTD Punjab arrested 2 accused of Gulshan Park Lahore Suicide Blast Case

Lahore : CTD Punjab has detected the Gulshan Park Lahore Suicide Blast Case. 02 accused , namely Shahidullah & Khanzeb have been arrested. Raids are being conducted to arrest remaining accused.
The accused belonged to a banned outfit who had conducted this attack. 72 people had died in the attack.
Accused/ terrorists Shahidullah & Khan Zaib conducted the recce of the Park. They also transported the suicide bomber, namely Nasir, to Park. They had also facilitated his entry in Park. Suicide Bomber was wearing a veil (burqa) at the time of blast.

Umar Khalid Khorasani had ordered the attack. Muhammad Khan was local coordinator & mastermind. Shaukat & Tawakkal Jan had provided suicide jacket. Suicide Bomber Nasir had stayed in house of Hukam Khan in Lahore for two days. The members of this terrorist cell were mainly based in Barkat Town, Shahdara, Lahore temporarily. They belonged originally to Mohmand Agency, FATA.
