Rana Muzamal killed Stage Actress Qismat Baig : CCPO Lahore

Lahore : CCPO Lahore Capt (R) Muhammad Amin Vance has claimed to arrest 4 accused involved in the murder of stage actress Qismat Baig.

Addressing the press conference here at Police Lines Qila Gujar Singh, Amin Vance said that Qismat Baig friend Rana Muzamal was the main accused who hired the killers , he never wanted to kill her rather he wished her to live a handicap life and would never be able to stand or walk on her foot that’s why the shooters targeted her legs and fired almost two magazines on her legs that became a cause of death.

Police had worked on the case scientifically and obtained data of the mobiles phone being used by the Qismat Baig and Rana Muzamal among few others after getting hint from the heirs of Qismat Baig . The mobile data led the investigation team to solve the mysterious murder case.

He said justice would be done and visible in the case, police have got physical remand of the accused and further investigation is underway.
