Boxing Pugilist Waseem (Falcon Khan)trains with Mayweather

falcon-khanLahore : Pakistan’s WBC silver flyweight champion Muhammad Waseem has been training under Jeff Mayweather, uncle of five division world champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. in the United States to
prepare for his fight against Philippines’ Giemel Magramo on November 27 in defence of his title.

The 29 years old Quetta-born pugilist had stunned onlookers when he won the silver title in just the fourth fight of his professional career after defeating Filipino boxer Jether Oliva in July this year.

Waseem, who is currently training at least six hours a day, believes the amount of time he spends sparring with different boxers will make a difference.

Pakistan’s sole professional boxer – undefeated hot prospect Muhammad Waseem (4-0, 3 KOs) – aspires to realize his ultimate goal of becoming the full WBC champion by taking on WBC world super flyweight
belt holder Roman ‘Chocolatito’ Gonzalez in the future. But before that, he needs to expand his profile.

Magramo, 22 years old, is more experienced than Waseem in the pro circuit. He’s had 63 rounds in 17 bouts and is also undefeated in his career so far.
