DIG Ops reviews security arrangements for the Youm-e-Ashur

Lahore : DIG Operations Lahore Dr Haider Ashraf has reviewed security arrangements for protection of life and property of people on Youm-e-Ashur.

The DIG Ops directed that security measures for maintaining a peaceful atmosphere on Youm-e- Ashur should be monitored continuously and no effort should be spared for ensuring law and order. He said that no negligence towards implementation of security plan evolved for this purpose would be tolerated and the code of conduct should be strictly implemented.

He himself visited the rout of the procession and gave instructions to the field staff.
